Provider Vetting Simplified
ServiceLive conducts background checks on each and every provider you can hire through the Marketplace – the same background check required by our Fortune 500 Buyers. In addition, provider firms are required to submit company insurance levels and background information, plus skills, credentials and profiles for each individual provider. A ServiceLive “Verified” symbol in a provider’s profile means that the firm has submitted insurance, license, credential or other documentation for us to verify.
Ratings and Reviews
ServiceLive-Approved providers have been rated by previous ServiceLive customers on everything from quality to cleanliness. To maintain the integrity of our ratings, only customers who have hired providers through ServiceLive are allowed to post ratings and comments.
